• For Soup Bee Hoon:
1. Put into boiled soup and add your favourite ingredients eg. chicken meat, prawns, egg or vegetables etc.
2. Simmer for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
• For Fried Bee Hoon:
1. Put into boiling water until loosen.
2. Drain away water.
3. Heat cooking oil in wok and fry for a few minutes.
4. Add seasoning and ingredients eg. chicken meat, prawns, egg or vegetables etc.
5. Serve hot
